Obama Meeting Expectations

Latest poll shows that the 52% of the American people believe that Obama is meeting expectations.

What this poll fails to explain is "what" expectations the president is meeting.

Had they called and asked me this question, I would have to have been truthful and regretfully answer that yes, Obama is meeting my expectations.

I expected him to spend more. He has.

I expected him to grow the government. He has.

I expected him to bring socialism to our land. He working on it.

I expected him to spend our tax dollars on abortion. He has.

I expected to him to allow my tax dollar to be spent on stem cell research. He has.

I expected him to close Guantanamo and bring terrorist to our soil. He's trying.

I expected him to reach out to our enemy. He has, or at least he's trying.

I expected him to surround himself with questionable characters. He has.

I expected the lobbyist and revolving door to continue revolving. It has. Now they work for the administration.

I expected him to break the promise of leading from the middle. He has.

I expected him to bring Chicago politics to Washington. He has.

I expected him to continue to blame the past administration for everything (I continue to hear "the failed policies of the past"...). He has.

I expected him not to be transparent. He hasn't. I can see right through him, however.

I expected him to continue campaigning. He has.

You get the point.
